Paschal Ajaero, popularly known as Director Beat, is a Video Editor and Cinematographer with a deep passion for art, music and storytelling through visuals. For over five years, he has been creating cinematic stories that connect with people, from expressive music videos to brand stories as well.

His journey began with dance. At the age of 18, he started out filming dance videos, inspired by how music and movement could tell a story without words. That passion naturally evolved into a love for visual storytelling, and over time, he found his creative home in videography and editing. His portfolio features collaborations with talented artists such as Victony, Wizard Chan, and Vicoka, and his professional journey has involved projects connected to notable public figures in politics and culture.

Through every project, he aims to craft visuals that feel alive, where every cut, sound, and color work together to inspire emotion and leave a lasting impression.
